Stock Availability

All items are subject to stock. In the event of stock shortages, customers will be notified with a likely dispatch date.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable (+17.5%). A small handling charge will be applied at checkout to cover packaging and credit charges beyond our control.

Colours

The colours of the photographs of the merchandise illustrated on this website are as accurate as reproduction will allow. AFC Liverpool reserves the right to alter without prior notice designs or prices of products and conditions of supply.

Privacy Notice

The contact information obtained from your order will be retained and may be used by AFC Liverpool for the purpose of sending you details of promotions or special offers from time to time. We do not collect any private data from any payments you make. Your information will not be shared with any third party. If you do not wish your information to be held or processed for these purposes please advise us when placing your order.

 

 Shipping policy

Various shipping options are shown at checkout.

Some items such as shirts are limited in stocks and are available on an order basis. If AFC Liverpool are out of stock of any item you will be informed within 24 hours and given an estimate of when your order will be shipped.

Legal compliance

Returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor.

Refund policy

In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day cooling off period from the date of purchase in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.
